PRINCIPAL & CEO
Trevor, originally from Canada, has over 20 years' experience in the Bahamas. After a successful tenure as a director of SMG, Trevor started Summit Devco along with his 2 partners, in 2021. His consistent goal is to carve out a niche of the Bahamian development market, by offering high-end construction in both residential and commercial projects
NEIL TAPP
COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR
As the Commercial Director of Summit Devco, Neil is responsible for all financial aspects of the company, ensuring each project is managed closely with our clients and that individual objectives are delivered, surpassing expectations. Originally from the UK, Neil has over 20 year’s experience in the industry,
15 of which have been in The Bahamas. Neil is a key player in bringing Summit’s experience and skill to the high end, bespoke market.
MATT BANNON
DIRECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION
Matt brings over 15 years of hands-on experience in the development and construction industry with a focus on client success. Having delivered diverse projects in several continents from bespoke restaurants to amazing, themed experiences to custom family retreats, Matt has an eye for detail on the finished product and generating value. Matt’s enthusiastic attitude elevates the team with the passion for bringing dreams to reality.

MARC OOSTHUIZEN
SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Marc, a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and Professional Quantity Surveyor (PQS) with the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors, has over 10 years of construction experience having worked on a variety of projects. These include high-end luxury developments, institutional buildings , and civil engineering projects throughout the Caribbean, North America and Southern-Africa. Marc demonstrates a diverse set of professional skills and expertise, including cost management and engineering, estimation, valuation, claims and contractual management.
